Shipping Times

Our jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles, California production/processing times vary and are listed within each products description. In general, items that are handmade to order take about 2 weeks plus shipping time and all others may take up to 1 week plus shipping time.If you need something by a specific date please email us at info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com.  We always do our best to accommodate your requests and appreciate your understanding and patience
Rush orders can be accommodated but must be approved prior to the order via email and a rush production fee will apply. 

Actual shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email, this will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout as we are unable to reroute shipments. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping via DHL, UPS, and USPS however please be aware that any local customs, taxes, and/or duties are the your responsibility.

 

Packaging

All of our jewelry is shipped out in our jewelry box and is ready for gifting.

 

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return your eligible item for a refund if addressed within 7 days of receipt, by contacting info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom or personalized jewelry are not eligible for returns. Karat Jacks and other limited edition items are not eligible for returns. After you have received a reply via email, please return the non-custom item in original condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made. For your protection, please insure the package for full retail value.

Kimberly Doyle Jewelry is not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear, or repairs/alterations made by other jewelers. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. 

All merchandise must be returned where it was originally purchased.

 Preorder items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Warranty and Repairs

We strive to create beautiful works of art and pride ourselves in our craft and therefore guarantee our workmanship. All Kimberly Doyle Jewelry pieces are covered by a 6 month guarantee, from purchase date, against any manufacturers defect in workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or abuse. Damaged stones are not covered. Should you experience the need for a repair please contact us at info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and will be communicated prior. Repairs after our standard warranty or due to misuse will incur a fee at the customers expense.

Even though diamonds are the hardest stone, even diamond can still be broken, chipped, or cracked. Diamonds grow and crystallize with cleavage lines, these lines are diamond weak spots, If struck at the right angle with right the amount of impact, diamonds can be damaged. Please consider this when choosing your jewelry for certain actives. As with any delicate creation, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment.

The loss/ theft or damage of a piece of jewelry is not covered under warranty, and should be covered under your Home Owners Insurance policy.  Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your policy limits and requirements. 

 

Sizing

Please contact us at info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com. We offer 1 complimentary ring resizing for rings currently in stock, this however will make the ring custom and will not be eligible for return. The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to a professional jeweler in your area and ask to have your finger sized. If need to have your ring resized, a fee will apply based on material and labor, please contact us for pricing at info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please send the ring in its original packaging along with a self addressed prepaid and fully insured shipping label.

Custom chain lengths can be accommodated, please contact us.

 

Custom Requests

We love to make custom jewelry! Please contact us at info@kimberlydoylejewelry.com with your inquiry. However we are currently unable to use your gold or gemstones in our designs.

 

Jewelry care

Our jewelry is hand made and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for many years to come. Unless otherwise stated, all of our jewelry may be cleaned be with a soft polishing cloth or using a diluted mild dish detergent, gently brushed with a soft bristle toothbrush, and luke warm water. Sterling silver pieces may darken or tarnish with normal wear, we recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Please do NOT dip any of our jewelry in jewelry cleaners or solutions and avoid at home cleaners like ultrasonic, this may cause permanent damage to the metal of stones.

Please remove jewelry when washing your hands and applying products like lotions or perfumes. Particles in these cosmetics that are not usually removed by rinsing, may accrue in cavities and form a corrosive blend that in the long term may lead to premature discoloration of the metal and skin irritation. Take your regular activities into account when choosing your jewelry. Avoid wearing your jewelry while doing housework, gardening, swimming, working out, playing sports, or in similar situations to avoid damage.
